Translation (English)
Based on the above, and in accordance with Article 2(2), Article 11(1), Article 64(1), Article 71, and Article 77 of [Patent Law of the People's Republic of China], Article 2 and Article 7 of [Supreme People's Court Interpretation on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Patent Infringement Dispute Cases], and Article 67 of [Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China], the court rules as follows:
Defendant Itech Electronics (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. shall immediately cease the manufacture, sale, and offering for sale of products that infringe upon the invention patent rights of the plaintiff, Chroma Electronics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., entitled "Resistor Device and Manufacturing Method Thereof," with the patent number ZL201410058473.7. Additionally, the defendant is ordered to destroy any infringing products in their inventory.

종합적으로 판단한 결과, 《중화인민공화국 특허법》 제2조 제2항, 제11조 제1항, 제64조 제1항, 제71조, 제77조, 《특허권 침해 분쟁 사건의 심리에 관한 최고인민법원의 해석》 제2조, 제7조, 《중화인민공화국 민사소송법》 제67조의 규정에 따라 다음과 같이 판결합니다:
피고 I-Tech전자(난징)유한회사는 즉시 원고 CHROMA(쑤저우)유한회사가 보유한 명칭 "저항 장치 및 그 제조 방법", 특허번호 ZL201410058473.7의 발명 특허권 제품을 제조, 판매, 판매 약속하는 행위를 중지하고, 재고 보유중인 침해 제품을 폐기해야 합니다
CHORMA 사가 중국에서 진행한 경쟁사 ITECH과의 특허 소송에서 승소 하였습니다.
